The activities for which the Bank’s assistance is requested aim at conducting feasibility study for the construction and operation of a deep-sea in the north-west region of the Republic of Guinea (Guinea Conakry). The studies also include the organization of a Development Partners round table towards the mobilization of resources needed for the physical implementation of the envisaged infrastructure.  
The Overall objective of the proposed studies is to enlighten decision making regarding the choice of the best technical, economic and socio-environmental option for the implementation of planned infrastructures.
